Tim Maguire, MA in Leadership & Management Life Coach / Change Manager Dip Life Coaching, NLP Practitioner, RGN Dip QA in Healthcare Organisation and Leadership Development, Change Management 
Tim is a life coach and organisation development/change management specialist with a clinical background and more than 30 years experience in public and private sector working at national, regional and organisational levels.
Tim has developed a unique blend of skills, experience and expertise in the field of leadership and management development, focusing on how individuals personal styles, attitudes, beliefs and behaviours have an impact on organisational effectiveness, operational management, delivering change and performance management.
Tim is a respected authority in the field of organisation development and organisation self-assessment. He is an associate member of the British Quality Foundation, a trained assessor for the Healthcare Commission and a national facilitator for the Leading an Empowered Organisation (LEO) programme. As Organisation Development lead within the NHS Modernisation Agency, Tim was responsible for the design, development and implementation of the national Raising Standards - Creating healthy Organisations, organisational self-assessment tool. He is also a national European Framework for Quality Management ((EFQM) assessor and trainer, supporting organisations improve the quality of their services.
Tim’s desire is to help others to help themselves through the design and delivery of customised improvement strategies at individual, team or organisational level.
Tim is an Honary Lecturer at both the University of Teesside and at Leeds University.  Tim is married and lives in Yarm-on-Tees.

Sue Maguire, MBA., D.Hyp, TFT Practitioner, NLP Practitioner Organisation and Leadership Development, Change Management

Sue is a successful stress management specialist and is particularly interested in improving personal effectiveness and organisational behaviours and performance through the management of stress by the application of both Clinical Hypnotherapy and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).   Sue recognises the link between good health, personal well-being and good stress management.

Sue is an organisation development/change management specialist with 30 years management experience in various parts of the health service. She is married with two children and lives in Yarm-on-Tees.

Martin Brueckmann, MRCP  MRCGP  MBBCP  DHyp

Martin, who qualified as a doctor in 1995, has had seven years experience in internal medicine and is currently a partner in a successful GP practice.  He is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist and, as such, has a particular interest in stress and anxiety management and helping individuals overcome relationship difficulties. 
As a doctor he is especially aware of how clinical hypnotherapy can support patients in coping with various clinical issues, such as chronic disease and the management of pain.
Martin is interested in working with both individuals and organisations.  He is married with two children and lives in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area.

Nicky Gormley

Nicky has worked in organisation development and leadership/management development for over fifteen years in the public, private and academic sectors.
An experienced facilitator and consultant she specialises in the delivery of leadership development programmes, 1:1 coaching/ mentoring and career development. She has extensive experience in supporting individuals in the development of their employability and job seeking skills.
She is licensed to administer a range of psychometrics including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) and the Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF), which she uses to help individuals to identify their personal development needs and formulate their personal development plans. 
She has a degree in behavioural sciences, a Diploma in Personnel Management (CIPD) and is currently studying for an MSc in Action Learning at the Revans Institute, Salford University. She is also an honorary lecturer at Teesside University.  Nicky is married with two children and lives in Sedgefield in County Durham.

Phil Hadridge

Phil helps groups of all sizes address the issues they face in interesting and productive ways. He is influenced by ideas about dialogue, complexity and creativity. He enjoys working in a range of ways, from supporting design teams to shape large events to small team development; from using futures methods to coaching leaders. As well as over two decades of work in the health care sector, Phil has experience of working in a number of public, voluntary and commercial sector organisations. He is married with two teenage daughters and lives in Cambridge.

Gill is an organisation development and human resource development specialist and personal coach, with over 20 years experience in both the public and private sectors, working at both national and organisational levels.
Gill’s areas of specialist expertise are in the areas of individual development through coaching, organisation development, culture, leadership & management of change, leadership & management development with a particular interest in personal leadership and emotional intelligence, team development, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).
The driver for, and focus of Gill’s work, is to enable individuals, teams and organisations to realise their potential, through the diagnosis and design of tailored development strategies, which aim to build confidence, capacity and capability at each of these levels. Gill’s work is influenced by her particular interest in the influence and impact of personal preferences and styles, values and beliefs, the use of language and patterns of behaviour. Carol is an Organisation & People Development Consultant and facilitator with over 25 years experience working in both private and public sector organisations. Prior to entering into consultancy Carol spent 5 years teaching English & Drama in secondary schools.
In particular Carol is working closely with the NHS Modernisation Agency as an organisation development facilitator and the Department for Education & Skills in staff development, implementation and policy making roles in relation to work-based training for young people.
In the public sector Carol has a long standing working relationship with Leeds University and the West Yorkshire Development Confederation providing leadership and facilitation of a research project that has successfully led to the development of an inter-professional core competencies tool for staff at all levels.
Carols areas of specialist interest are in Communication and Presentation Skills, Team Development, Adult Learning, Action Learning, Cultural change, Designing and competency framework development.
Carol is also a professional coach using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and 360° feedback to help and support people.
Carol has also worked with the British Quality Foundation (BQF) and has experience in the application of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) approach to organisational self- assessment and with Warwick University, Clinical Systems Improvement (CSI) professionals process management programme.  Carol lives in Sheffield.
