Lynne Wilson

Lynne is a fully trained and experienced Reiki practitioner. Formerly a senior manager with the Open University, Lynne has more than 20 years experience of supporting people making changes to their lives.
Her experience of Reiki has shown her the value of this gentle therapy to individuals facing change. Complementing other treatments and aiding the efficiency of prescribed medication, Lynne works with individuals to ease stress and illness and at the same time to clarify thinking, develop confidence and identify next steps. Where changes in lifestyle are needed, Reiki can provide the gentle support that helps an individual adjust.
Lynne has also used her skills in community settings in partnerships where the benefits of Reiki can be used to underpin activities to encourage participation: in regeneration efforts, intergenerational strategies to build cohesive communities and to activate enterprise/entrepreneurship.
